One of our most valuable assets is the intellectual property owned by AP+, including trademarks, logos, names and copyrighted works. AP+ dedicates resources to develop and protect intellectual property. In addition to seeking registration of trademarks, AP+ enforces its rights against people who misuse its intellectual property. Intellectual property owned by AP+ may only be used with the permission of one of the companies that forms part of AP+ . AP+ acknowledges the Gadigal People of the Eora nation as the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we are based and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
